COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We are a joint venture company serving as an upstream oil and gas operator in Indonesia.

We invite the best, most competent, dynamic, and creative talent to join our company for the following positions:

A.    Senior HR & LEGAL

General Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field from a leading university; maximum age of 45 years.

2. Experience: At least 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry.

3. Language & Communication: Proficiency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Character & Work Ethic: Meticulous, honest, high integrity, able to work under pressure, and adaptable both independently and as part of a team.

Technical Competencies:

1. Human Resources Management: Proficient in recruitment, labor relations, dispute resolution/terminations, employee administration, payroll systems, field allowances, BPJS, insurance, licensing, and compliance with labor laws.

2.    Legal Aspects: Experienced in drafting legal opinions, reviewing and drafting agreements/contracts (for employees and vendors), and ensuring the company’s operational legality.

3.   Permits & Agrarian Affairs: Proficient in Land Matter & Formalities (LMF), including IPPKH, land acquisition, UKL-UPL, and explosives permits.

4.   Strategic Management: Experienced in preparing Human Capital Work Programs & Budgets (WP&B), Workforce Utilization Plans (RPTK), and Company Regulations (PP).

5.    Procurement: Experienced serving in a legal capacity on the Tender Committee (preferably holding a valid Work Procedure Guidelines (PTK-007) certificate issued by SKK Migas)

 

B.    DWO ENGINEER

Qualifications:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical field.

2. At least 5 years of continuous experience as a DWO Engineer in the oil and gas industry, with involvement in related operational activities ranging from the preparation of initial documents to final reporting.

Technical Competencies:

1. Proficiency in well design, including casing design, trajectory planning, mud/fluid design, and cementing programs.

2. Experience in planning well intervention, workover, and completion programs.

3. Understand well operation risk management and hole problem analysis (lost circulation, stuck pipe, kick).

4. In-depth understanding of economic models in the oil and gas sector, including cost control.

5. Proficient in operating petroleum engineering software such as Landmark (Compass, WellPlan, WellCat), OpenWells, or similar software.

6. Experienced in preparing Work Programs & Budgets (WP&B) and Authorized Financial Expenditures (AFE) in the oil and gas sector, including coordination with relevant regulators.

7. Possesses strong analytical skills in the field.

Non-Technical Competencies:

1.  Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with the rig site team (Company Man/Drilling Supervisor).

2.    Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and third parties.

3.    Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as needed.

4.    Willing to travel to the field/rig site (on-site visits) as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.   Responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling drilling and workover operations at oil and gas fields.

2.    Develop detailed, safe, and cost-effective drilling, workover, and well completion programs.

3.    Supervise the performance of duties by subordinates.

4.    Develop detailed work plans for drilling and workover activities, including the selection of materials, equipment, and third-party services to be used.

5.    Prepare AFE and WP&B for drilling and workover projects and obtain approval from the relevant authorities for the proposed budgets.

6.    Provide real-time technical support during drilling and workover operations.

7.  Coordinate and participate directly in the planning and control of field activities, and ensure operations proceed in accordance with established procedures and programs.

8.  Conduct post-operation evaluations (post-well analysis) to support continuous improvement programs.

9.    Ensure that all well operations comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and applicable government regulations (SKK Migas/Directorate General of Oil and Gas).
