ABL appoints Yuliana Simarmata as Business Development Manager in Indonesia

ABL has appointed Yuliana Simarmata as Business Development Manager for its Indonesia operations, strengthening its local commercial team amid growing demand from the country’s energy, marine and infrastructure sectors.
Simarmata, an offshore engineer by training, brings nearly 20 years of experience in commercial and contract management roles across Indonesian shipyards, marine consultancy firms and certification bodies.

“Indonesia is a rapidly evolving energy market, advancing both its energy security ambitions and renewable energy developments,” said Deddy Setiyatno, Country Manager of ABL Indonesia.
Simarmata said Indonesia presents significant opportunities across both conventional and renewable energy sectors, including solar PV and hydrogen.
ABL Indonesia has operated in the country for more than 20 years, providing technical and consultancy services across offshore energy, marine and infrastructure markets from its offices in Jakarta and Batam.
