Amman Mineral weighs Hong Kong secondary listing, Bloomberg reports

Copper and gold miner PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (IDX: AMMN) is considering a secondary listing in Hong Kong and is seeking to appoint banks for the offering, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The report said Amman Mineral is in the process of hiring banks to work on the potential listing, although details including the size and timing of the offering remain under discussion.
An Amman Mineral spokesperson declined to comment, according to Bloomberg.
If completed, the transaction would follow PT Merdeka Gold Resources, whose shareholders raised about US$304 million through the sale of Hong Kong depositary receipts in June.
