State-owned mining company PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) (IDX: ANTM) has announced the end of the term of office of Commissioner M. Rudy Salahuddin Ramto, effective December 22, 2025.

In a disclosure filed with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Antam said it had received formal notification of Ramto’s departure following his appointment as Deputy President Commissioner of state-owned lender PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

The company explained that the resignation is in line with provisions in Antam’s articles of association and Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Law, which prohibit members of the board of commissioners of an SOE from holding concurrent positions on the boards of other SOEs.
