Antam reshuffles board, approves Rp5.04 trillion dividend

State miner PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) (IDX: ANTM) shareholders approved changes to the company's board of commissioners and directors at the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders.
Aryanto Wibowo was appointed commissioner, while Arini Kasmira was named director of finance and risk management, replacing Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudjito. I Dewa Bagus Sugata Wirantaya was appointed director of downstream strategy and downstream operations after previously serving as director of business development. Shareholders also confirmed the earlier departure of commissioner M. Rudy Salahuddin Ramto.
The meeting also approved changes to several directors' titles and responsibilities. Hartono was redesignated as director of mineral resources management, Ratih Dewihandajani became director of human resources and corporate transformation, and Handi Sutanto was appointed director of corporate strategy, business development and commercial.
Separately, shareholders approved a dividend payout of Rp5.04 trillion (US$280 million), equivalent to 70% of 2025 net profit, while Rp2.16 trillion (US$120 million) will be retained. ANTAM posted revenue of Rp84.64 trillion (US$4.70 billion) and net profit of Rp7.92 trillion (US$440 million) in 2025, both record highs for the company.
The meeting also approved ANTAM's participation in a government-backed integrated nickel battery ecosystem project covering mining, smelting, HPAL, refining, precursor and cathode materials, battery cells and recycling facilities, in partnership with PT Industri Baterai Indonesia and HYD Investment Limited.
