Anzoil to takeover Castle Energy NL

Anzoil NL (A.AZL), an oil and natural gas exploration company, said the directors of Castle Energy NL have accepted the terms of a takeover bid by Anzoil. Castle Energy has rights to the Lembak liquefied petroleum gas project in Sumatra, Indonesia. The bid values Castle Energy at A$2.5 million. (*)
