Aspermigas names Elan Biantoro chairman

Oil, gas companies association Aspermigas has elected Elan Biantoro as its new chairman for the 2026–2030 term, the association said after its General Members Meeting on Tuesday.
Elan Biantoro, who previously served as secretary general of Aspermigas, replaces Mustiko Saleh, whose term has ended.

Elan Biantoro’s professional background includes senior roles at SKK Migas, where he previously served as head of public relations and later as a senior manager. He has also been active in professional organizations, having served as the 17th president of the Indonesian Geophysicists Association from 2015 to 2017.
Aspermigas represents independent oil and gas companies operating in Indonesia and acts as an industry platform for engagement with government authorities on upstream policy, regulation and investment matters. The association did not disclose specific policy priorities for the new leadership term.
