Augur completes capital raising for Wonogiri

ASX-listed resource development company Augur Resources Ltd said that its security purchase plan as announced on 3 August has been completed with shareholders subscribed for 10,500,000 shares totaling $420,000.

It said that the company has placed, in accordance with the company?s 15% capacity pursuant to ASX regulation, a further 17,593,750 shares with a range of Australian and overseas investors.

The shares were issued at 4 cents, the same price as shares issued under the SPP, raising an additional $703,750.

?Given the current investment environment it is extremely encouraging to get the support from both current shareholders and new shareholders. The completion of the capital raising represents strong support for the Wonogiri gold and copper project in central Java." Augur?s Managing Director Grant Kensington said.
