Nickel smelting company PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI) has been released from court supervised debt restructuring proceedings after two fuel suppliers withdrew their petition for suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU).
According to the Central Jakarta Commercial Court's case tracking system, PT Lantra Hement Indonesia and PT Ocean Bahari Maritime officially withdrew the PKPU petition they had filed against the nickel smelter through their legal representatives.
The panel of judges granted the withdrawal request and ordered the case to be removed from the court's register.
The PKPU case had been registered on May 5, 2026.
With the withdrawal, VDNI is no longer subject to the debt restructuring proceedings initiated by the two fuel suppliers.
