HUMI changes board, appoints new president director

PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (IDX: HUMI) has approved changes to its Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors following an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on January 14, 2026, in Jakarta.

The EGMS approved the appointment of Mahdan as President Commissioner, replacing AR Sofyan. Mahdan also serves as an Independent Commissioner. Dedi Hudayana was appointed as Commissioner, replacing Daryono.

On the management side, shareholders appointed I Gusti Ngurah Askhara Danadiputra as President Director, replacing Tirta Hidayat. Indra Yurana Sugiarto was appointed as Director, replacing Dedi Hudayana.

HUMI said the changes are part of an organizational refresh aimed at strengthening corporate governance and supporting the company’s strategic direction amid challenges in the maritime industry in 2026.

HUMI is part of the Humpuss Group and operates in energy transportation and maritime infrastructure, providing specialized shipping services for LNG, oil, and petrochemicals, as well as port services, ship management, and crew development.
