Kingsrose to resume operation at Talang Santo mine

ASX-listed Kingsrose Mining Limited targets to resume operations at its second mine, Talang Santo in Way Linggo project, Southern Sumatra in the near term.

The decision was made after the company recently met with officials from Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources following the recent accident resulted in the death of a mine worker.

The company did not disclose the exact time to resume the operation, saying the management expected the suspension of operations at Talang Santo to be short term in nature and will not materially change the company?s plans for the mine

It said that operations were continuing as planned at the Way Linggo mine in Southern Sumatra.

The company said that Kingsrose remained confident that the outlook for Talang Santo is positive, with strong potential to continue growing both production and resources.
