Michael Soeryadjaya replaces Sandiaga Uno at Saratoga

IDX-listed private equity firm PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya? shareholders accepted on Wednesday the resignation Sandiaga Uno as president director and appointed Michael W.P. Soeryadjaya as his successor. Michael was previously a Board member.

?I feel proud of being part of in the spectacular growth of Saratoga,? he said.

Saratoga has equities in various businesses in the country, including mining and power business. It has a stake in power firm Medco Power, coal firm Adaro and gold firm Merdeka Copper Gold.
