MIND ID reshuffles board, appoints three new directors

State-owned mining holding company MIND ID has reshuffled its board of directors, appointing three new executives including a finance chief and creating a new sustainability-focused position, according to resolutions approved at the company's annual shareholders' meeting.
The annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS), held on June 9, appointed Wahyu Suparyono as director of finance and investment, replacing Adityo Kusumo, documents reviewed by Petromindo showed.
Wahyu previously served as president director of state-owned shipbuilding company PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari from 2017 to 2020, president director of military insurance company PT Asabri from 2020 to 2024, and president director of state logistics agency Perum Bulog from 2024 to 2025.
Shareholders also appointed Achmad Ardianto as director of downstream strategy and downstream operations, replacing Tedy Badrujaman.
Achmad, a mining engineering graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), previously served as president director of tin miner PT Timah Tbk between 2021 and 2023. He later became human resources director at gold and nickel miner PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, before being appointed the company's president director from June to December 2025.
In addition, shareholders approved the creation of a new position, director of research, development and sustainability, and appointed Suko Hartono to the role.
Suko, a chemical engineering graduate of ITB, previously held senior positions at East Java regional energy company Petrogas Jatim Utama and state gas distributor PT PGN Tbk. Most recently, he served as an independent commissioner at coal miner PT Bukit Asam Tbk.
Following the changes, MIND ID's board of directors is led by President Director Maroef Sjamsoeddin and Vice President Director Dany Amrul Ichdan.
The company's board of commissioners remains chaired by President Commissioner Fuad Bawazier, with Nugroho Widyotomo, Tri Winarno, Muhammad Fadil Imran, Carmelita Hartoto, Grace Natalie Louisa, Astera Primanto Bhakti and Wahyu Kuncoro serving as commissioners.
MIND ID is Indonesia's state-owned mining holding company and controls major mineral producers including PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Timah Tbk and PT Freeport Indonesia.
