Nickel export up, tin and copper down

The National Statistic Bureau (BPS) reported that export of nickel increased by 63.64 percent to US$182,264,301 with volume reaching 15,761,831 kg in November 2012.

It said that copper export was down by 2.76 percent to US$182,751,449 in the same period.

Meanwhile, export of tin declined by 22.21 percent to US$173,817,299 on monthly basis in November with volume down by 21.67 percent to 9,955,148 kg compared to October.
