PLN appoints Ahmad Erani Yustika as commissioner

State utility PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has appointed Ahmad Erani Yustika as a commissioner, replacing Dadan Kusdiana, according to a shareholder resolution dated April 24, 2026.
The decision was made under shareholder decrees No. 243/2026 and SK.084/DI-DAM/DO/2026 concerning changes to the company’s board of commissioners. Dadan Kusdiana was honorably discharged from his position.
Following the change, PLN’s board of commissioners is chaired by Burhanuddin Abdullah as president commissioner and independent commissioner, with Suahasil Nazara serving as vice president commissioner. Other commissioners include Aminuddin Ma’ruf, Ahmad Erani Yustika, Jisman Parada Hutajulu and Bambang Eko Suhariyanto, while Yazid Fanani, Mutanto Juwono, Andi Arief and Ali Masykur Musa serve as independent commissioners.

Ahmad Erani Yustika is currently secretary general at the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, a position he has held since September 2025. He also serves as secretary of the national downstreaming and energy security task force.
An economist by training, Yustika previously held roles as special staff to the president for economic affairs and head of the vice presidential secretariat. He has also served in senior positions at several state-linked companies, including PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, PT Waskita Karya and PT Inalum.
