PT PLN EPI: Qualification for the selection of potential strategic partners in the EPC of fuel oil storage tank facilities in Benoa

ANNOUNCEMENT

QUALIFICATION FOR THE SELECTION OF POTENTIAL STRATEGIC PARTNERS IN THE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION (EPC) OF FUEL OIL STORAGE TANK FACILITIES IN BENOA, BALI

PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (PLN EPI) invites experienced and capable potential strategic partners to participate in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) of Fuel Oil Storage Tank Facilities in Benoa, Bali.

The selected company or consortium as the potential strategic provider will collaborate with PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia, as an EPC Provider.

Eligible applicants are companies from countries that maintain diplomatic relations with Indonesia and have a proven track record in engineering, procurement, and construction within the oil and gas industry. In addition, eligible applicants shall meet the following requirements:

1. Have experience as an EPC Contractor in the development of MFO, Biofuel, or High Speed Diesel (HSD) storage facilities;

2. Possess relevant business licenses and permits in accordance with the implementation of the EPC Project.

3. Have a minimum credit rating of 4A2 D&B for a single company or consortium leader and a minimum rating of 3A3 D&B for each consortium members;

4. Have a minimum net worth of USD 5,000,000 (five million United States Dollars) for a single company or consortium leader and minimum USD 1,000,000 (one million United States Dollars) for each consortium member, based on audited financial statements minimum as of 31 December 2024; and

5. In the event that a consortium is formed after the collection of the qualification documents, each member of such consortium must originate from companies that had previously collected the qualification documents.

Qualification document taken beyond that schedule is not acceptable.

The qualification document can be collected after payment of a non-refundable fee of IDR 10,000,000 (including tax) has been transferred to Bank Mandiri branch Pasar Minggu account number 1240080018881 (PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia) with the payment reference: "Qualification of Potential Strategic Provider for EPC of Fuel Oil Storage Tank Facilities in Benoa, Bali".

The qualification document must be collected by the Chief of the Company or an authorized representative presenting the stamped power of attorney.
