PT Timah appoints Ratih Mayasari as new director

State tin miner PT Timah Tbk (IDX: TINS) has appointed Ratih Mayasari as Director of Human Resources following approval at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Ratih replaces Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa.

Corporate Secretary Rendi Kurniawan said the changes are aimed at reinforcing good corporate governance and ensuring the company’s leadership remains adaptive to future business challenges.

Prior to joining PT Timah, Ratih Mayasari served as Finance Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya from 2022.

She holds a Master of Accounting  degree from the University of Indonesia, graduating cum laude in 2023. She also earned an MBA from Universitas Gadjah Mada, graduating cum laude in 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University in 2000, where she was an outstanding scholarship recipient.

Management said her multidisciplinary background is expected to support PT Timah’s efforts to strengthen workforce development, leadership capacity and organisational effectiveness.

The Extraordinary General Meeting also approved amendments to the company’s articles of association to align with prevailing regulations, including Law No. 16 of 2025 on State-Owned Enterprises. Shareholders further authorised the Board of Commissioners to approve the company’s 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and its 2026–2030 Long-Term Plan (RJPP), including any subsequent revisions.
