Regional LNG: PV GAS LNG requests quotations for June LNG delivery

PV GAS LNG, a subsidiary of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), has officially launched a tender inviting qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of a spot cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG).

The procurement package, titled “SUPPLYING LNG SPOT CARGO” (Package No.: ITQ-25-05-14), outlines the delivery of a single LNG cargo ranging between 2.6 million to 3 million MMBtu (+/-5%), in accordance with DES Incoterms 2000 or equivalent. Detailed quantity specifications will be provided in the Term Sheet accompanying the official Invitation to Quote.

The LNG cargo is scheduled for delivery at the Thi Vai LNG Terminal, located in the Cai Mep Industrial Zone, Phu My, Ba Ria–Vung Tau Province, Vietnam. The expected delivery window is from June 1 to June 10, 2025 (inclusive).

The tender will be conducted under PV GAS' procurement procedures, utilizing a single-envelope bidding method. The contract will be awarded on a unit price basis per cargo, with full contractual terms and pricing details to be outlined in the Term Sheet.

Funding for the procurement will be drawn from PV GAS’ working capital.

Interested suppliers must submit their quotations no later than 09:00 A.M. (Vietnam time) on Friday, May 16, 2025.
