Release: ANTAM monthly exploration report for September 2017

(October 11, 2017)--PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk is pleased to announce its exploration report for September 2017 in accordance with the Indonesia Stock Exchange listing rules. ANTAM?s exploration activities were focused on gold, nickel and bauxite in September 2017, with total preliminary cost of Rp1.32 billion.

GOLD
In September 2017 ANTAM conducted gold exploration activities in Pongkor, West Java, overseas exploration and inspection of prospective area. In Pongkor, ANTAM conducted core drill analyst, core drill sampling and core drilling. Total gold exploration cost in September 2017 reached Rp409.74 million (unaudited preliminary figure).

NICKEL
Nickel exploration activities were conducted in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi. Exploration activities consisted of, among others, geological mapping, core sampling, core logging, single drilling and grid measurement. Total nickel exploration cost in September 2017 reached Rp910.73million (unaudited preliminary figure). (ends)
