Timah seeks suppliers for bituminous coal procurement for Mentok smelter

State-controlled tin miner PT Timah Tbk (IDX: TINS) has invited domestic mining companies engaged in bituminous coal production to participate in a procurement tender for coal supply to support operations at its smelting and refining facility in Mentok, Bangka Belitung.
In a procurement notice issued on Friday, the company said the tender covers the procurement of bituminous coal for the Fuming Department of the Smelting & Refining Plant in Mentok under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 7100003235.

Timah said interested companies must register through the company’s e-procurement platforms by May 13, 2026.
The company added that firms not yet registered in the procurement system, or those with outdated company information, are required to complete registration or update their data before the deadline.
The procurement process will be conducted through Timah’s electronic procurement system.
