Tender Announcement Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification
KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. ("COMPANY") a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi ("SKKMIGAS") as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors ("PARTICIPANT") to participate in the Pre-Qualification ('PQ") process with the following details:
1 Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/OPD/2026/004.
2 Bid Title : PROVISION OF SURFACE WELLHEAD & XMAS TREE EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND SERVICES.
3 Contract Period ; Sixty (60) months.
4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires an experienced CONTRACTOR to supply compact surface wellhead & x-mas tree system and associated Services including but not limited to equipment supply, rental services and personnel to support the offshore drilling operations in the Anambas Block, on call out basis. The scope of work shall include COMPANY's development and potential exploration wells.
5 Type of Procurement : Material Supply and Services (Combined).
6 Business Qualification : Medium/Large Business.
7 Business Classification : Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak dan Drilling Services Gas Alam (KBLI: 09100).
8 HSE Risk Assessment : High Risk.
9 Minimum Local Content : 40%.
Interested PARTICIPANT who meets the above qualifications, experience and classifications are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:
1 PQ Registration Period : 2-5 June 2026 at 08:00 - 15:00 hours (WIB).
2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration :
a) Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).
b) Valid business license (NIB/SIUP and other applicable licenses) which shows that PARTICIPANT has a valid license in accordance with the required business classification (preferably having license in providing wellhead and x-mas tree).
c) Statement letter confirming PARTICIPANT intentions to participate in this PQ process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by PARTICIPANT's authorized personnel.
d) Statement letter confirming that PARTICIPANT will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 40% signed by PARTICIPANT authorized personnel.
All the above registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com
3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 5 June 2026 at 15:00 hours (WIB).
PQ Documents will be distributed through e-mail.
4 PQ Submission Date : 11 June 2026 at 15:00 hours (WIB).
PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copy via email by the due date stated above to: idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com.
5 PQ Correspondences (Via Email Only) : All electronic correspondences and soft copies of PQ Proposals shall be addressed to the following:

Only registered PARTICIPANTs that submit complete and compliant PQ Proposals and successfully pass the overall PQ evaluations will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding process.
