ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

PT Medco E & P Indonesia as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : South Sumatera Region 3D Seismic Supervision Consultancy

No Procurement : CS81600

Business : Large Scale Enterprise

Classification Type of Procurement : Jasa Survey, Seismic, and Onshore Geology Study

Classification/Subclassification :

7110 Aktivitas Arsitektur dan Keinsinyuran Serta Konsultasi Teknis; or

70209 Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen Lainnya; or

71102 Aktivitas Keinsinyuran dan Konsultasi Teknis; or

9100. Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam, or Klasifikasi bidang usaha lainnya yang sesuai

Local Content : 60%

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

Contractor shall conduct supervision consultancy services to ensure best practice by the seismic acquisition Contractor in all aspects of the survey.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com  : 12 May 2026, 07.00 Hrs. 18 May 2026, 16.00 Hrs.

2. Deadline Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 18 May 2026, 16.00 Hrs.

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
